The only just basis for resolving the Israel-Palestine conflict is international law as registered in U.N. General Assembly resolutions and the 2004 advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice.   The Russell Tribunal promises to hold Israel accountable on this moral-juridical basis.  It is a positive and important initiative.  Norman G.
