As early as some years ago I expressed my interests in a thorough preparation of the terms of reference of a Tribunal called upon to investigate the violations of international law committed by the parties of the Israel/Palestine conflict, most notably those in relation to the ongoing occupation of Palestinian lands of of 1967. So I hail the initiative you are embarking on.
